Refined atmosphere, healthy food and a visible open kitchen are features that mark out Pedi, a restaurant nestled in the midst of old town Biberach. It is located on the ground floor level of a residential and commercial building that was opened in November 2005. Three years later and motivated by its positive development, the owner wanted a dining room area that could be employed flexibly and partitioned off to make inviting outdoor catering tracts as well.
