A residential project with 250 residential units and a day-care centre was realised on the approx. 10,000 m2 former grounds of the Tarbuk company in the 10th Vienna district of Favoriten. The residential complex in the Buchengasse designed by the architect's office of Rüdiger Lainer + Partner and sponsored by the City of Vienna consists of four wings with six to eleven storeys. The apartments range in size from 55 to 120 m2 and have highly flexible floor plans, thus enabling highly individualised usage by the tenants.
