Every successful company needs motivated employees. Frank Elsässer, 43 years old, managing director and owner of Elsässer Industrietechnik GmbH in Nufringen (Germany), is also well aware of this fact. In 2008, he took over the family business, merchandising industrial filters, from his father – and the company is still on track for growth. As he had reached capacity limits in terms of space, Frank Elsässer decided to construct a new storage and logistics hall plus office building.
